Mint Tea Cocktail
A cocktail of fragrant Lemon Myrtle, whole green Cardamom pods and subtle nuance of fine Green Rooibos, Mango, Apple, and Peach make this a blend rich with flavor and goodness.

5 mint leaves (fresh)
1.5 oz. cognac
2 oz. AMAR Mint Medley tea (brewed)
1/2 oz. elderflower liqueur (Giffard or St-Germain)
Sparkling Wine to taste
1. Lightly muddle mint leaves into the bottom of a tall glass.
2. Mix cognac, AMAR Mint Medley tea and elderflower liqueur in a shaker; chill with ice before straining into a glass.
3. Add 1 or 2 large ice cubes and top with sparkling wine.
